The "Localised investments" PDF (City of Paris, FY 2024) lists geolocatable construction sites — buildings, roads, parks. This chapter does not appear there at that granularity: its spending flows mostly through other channels (transfers to social-housing operators, land operations, subsidies), which are not broken down project-by-project in the current source.
