Annual subsidy to the operator, PAVILLON DE L ARSENAL → The Pavillon de l'Arsenal is a single, unified facility: the two addresses that appear in the deliberations, 21 boulevard Morland and 7/9 rue Agrippa d'Aubigné (4th arrondissement), designate the same building. The association bearing the place's name is its sole occupant and does not operate any other facility. One caveat, however, concerns the recent period: the Morland site is under renovation, the City has temporarily made premises available to the association at 21-27 rue des Blancs-Manteaux (Paris Centre), and programming is being deployed "outside the walls." The operating grants paid during this period therefore fund an activity that is not held entirely within this building.
