Que mesure le montant d’un marché ?
Le montant d’un marché est le maximum prévu sur toute sa durée, souvent plusieurs années : ce n’est pas ce que la commune dépense dans l’année. Les lots d’un même marché sont regroupés.
D’où viennent ces chiffres ?
Marchés de plus de 40 000 € HT déclarés à la notification (DECP) : montants des contrats, pas les paiements. Les plus petits marchés ne sont pas publiés ; les montants manifestement erronés sont écartés.
