Roissy-en-Brie: suppliers and recipients

The public contracts of Roissy-en-Brie

Up to €1.1M: the maximum amount of the public contracts signed in 2023, over their whole term.

10 contracts in 2023 · €47.5M published from 2019 to 2026. Maximum amounts planned.

Contracts state a maximum amount for their whole term, often several years: it is not what was paid.

1 contract of 2023 (€30M published) is left out of the total and the lists: a ceiling copied onto several lots, a framework ceiling above a quarter of the town’s yearly spending, or an out-of-scale amount.

Understanding these figures

What does a contract’s amount measure?

A contract’s amount is the maximum allowed over its whole term, often several years: it is not what the town spends in the year. The lots of one contract are grouped.

Where do these figures come from?

Contracts above €40,000 excluding VAT, as declared when they are awarded (DECP): contract amounts, not payments. Smaller contracts are not published; obviously wrong amounts are set aside.
