The towns of 5,000 to 10,000 inhabitants are ranked from lowest to highest value; the median is the value in the middle. A value above or below the median is not a judgement: it depends on the area, the population and the powers held by the intercommunality.
Where do these figures come from?
From the town’s accounts kept by the public accountant (DGFiP), the local finance observatory (OFGL) and public procurement data. Qipu changes no amount.
