A 1979 Public Health annual report notes a federal inspection of Laguna Honda. Operated by Public Health (FY2025 budget about $3.2B); Mayor's Office contracts naming the site include '250 Laguna Honda' (paid $7,525,127.13) and a '375 Laguna Honda Blvd Loan' (paid $1,412,096.39).
