For this instrument (dettes financières diverses), the City of Paris does not publish the detail of individual contracts (counterparty, signing date, rate per line, amortisation). The KPI figures come from the M57 administrative account for the outstanding balance, and from the Budget Orientation Report for rates and maturities — aggregated.
What these figures mean
The 19% share of total outstanding indicates the relative weight of this instrument in the City's financing. The weighted average rate of 2.6% reflects the observed cost of financing, weighted by the face value of each line.
The average maturity of 12.0 years indicates how long remains on average before full repayment — the longer the maturity, the more spread out the debt is over time.
