What does this number measure?

The share of social housing among main residences, counted on 1 January by the State’s services for the SRU law. Paris must reach 25%. The gap reads arrondissement by arrondissement.

Funded or delivered?

A home counts in the year the City votes its funding, often several years before delivery. The operations come from the administrative account.

How is the waiting list read?

The applications counted have Paris as first choice. The ratio of applications to allocations measures the pressure. The median time is that of the households housed in the year.
